The Delaware Department of Education is dedicated to providing the best resources for educators and families during this time of extended remote learning. Download packets and activities to do at home for students in grades K-8 on our Remote Learning Page. Guardians and students should contact the school regarding questions related to password and username. In my short time, I have found the District to be super-inviting and welcoming; all the same, this is my hope for you as well as your experience Central York School District.

Patients will need to arrive to the testing site with their ID and insurance card as well. Only patients referred by their provider and in possession of a testing order will be tested. If you do not have health insurance, you can call a local Federally Qualified Health Center nearby. Your responses will help RCCSD understand your needs so we can best serve you.

Central York offers X interscholastic sports for students at both the middle school and high school level. Central York High School provides high-quality education to more than 5,700 students across 7 buildings within the District. Testing for coronavirus disease is not recommended for individuals who do not have any symptoms of illness. If you are well and exhibiting no symptoms but did have close contact with the individual, DPH recommends that you stay home for 14 days in your home, being careful to keep distance from your family members. To update registration information, please contact the secretary at your child's school. On the heels of COVID-19, we are still determining the fallout and full impact of the past two years.

Who is most at risk for COVID-19?

We ask for your partnership as we work to close any gaps the pandemic has created for our kids. Together, we can move forward…and reimagine a brighter future for our kids. There is no specific antiviral treatment recommended for COVID-19 infection at this time. While in some cases illnesses can be severe and require hospitalization, many individuals infected with COVID-19 recover by resting, drinking plenty of liquids and taking pain, and fever-reducing medications. Test results will be communicated within two to five days to the referring provider, who is responsible for delivering the results to their patient.

The Red Clay Consolidated School District is excited to provide the Home Access Center to guardians and students in grades 4-12. Home Access Center is a web application that allows guardians and students to examine student academic and registration data. Clever is an easy way for your student to access all of the learning applications they use at school. Students access all of their learning applications with a single username and password, or by using a Clever Badge.

You may also seek guidance from the nurse line through your insurance company. There were more than 250 students and over 20 community partners in attendance. All members of the school community should follow the recommendations for social distancing unless symptoms emerge. Additionally, it is critically important that you protect the personal identity of the staff member. However, individuals who are at elevated risk, which includes persons age 60 and older and those with chronic underlying health conditions, are urged to remain at home to limit their exposure to germs. For well individuals, DPH recommends monitoring any possible symptoms and if they do emerge, to contact your doctor for further guidance. Health & PE

Typically, only those with prolonged exposure to infected individuals are most at risk of getting sick. At this point, DPH would recommend that well individuals practice social distancing and good hygiene habits, and to contact a doctor should symptoms emerge. If you do not have a primary care provider but do have insurance, you can reach out to the insurance company at the number listed on the back of your insurance card to locate a doctor near you.

The District encompasses nearly 25 square miles of land in South Central Pennsylvania, including Manchester Township, North York Borough, and parts of Springettsbury Township. The District has more than 800 staff members to support our students and school community. Provider offices may reserve a testing time on behalf of patients who are not able to or don’t have access to a computer. Reservations are only able to be made online and will only be available for same-day or next-day appointments.
